Maria Gardner
Maria is an experienced Business Psychologist specialising in talent assessment, leadership development and organisational change, and Founder of Psychology Works. With over 18 years’ experience within the private, public and not for profit sectors, she has worked extensively in the fields of assessment, people development and organisational change.
Her assessment experience has ranged from the design and implementation of innovative and immersive assessment and development centres through to the creation of bespoke ability tests, personality questionnaires and situational judgment tests (SJTs).
Maria has also worked on several award-winning Leadership Development Programmes and was the lead architect for the LDP for one of the UK’s fastest growing Ombudsman Services - which placed within the Sunday Times’ Top 100 Employers for the first time, within 12 months of the programme launching.
Passionate about providing interventions that offer genuine benefits to both the client organisation and the individual, Maria's personal approach is to combine knowledge, humour, style and a great pair of shoes.
