In preparation for HappyHQ's launch, Psychology Works came through on a strong recommendation as we were looking to work alongside an expert in the field of business psychology, who had experience gathering insights to create positive change.

Maria delivered the Leadership Development Programme for a mutual client who was subsequently then named in the 2013 Sunday Times top 100 places to work.
I have co-delivered the course with her and found her to be highly professional and knowledgeable. She demonstrates a high degree of expertise in management development. This is both in terms of explaining the theory of different models and techniques and in using a case study throughout the programme to creatively apply and embed the learning.
She is sensitive to the different learning styles and motivations of participants. In addition, her style is open and inviting to questions and creates a relaxed, safe learning environment.
