Hugh originally trained in Physics before transitioning to Capital Markets, where for twenty years he successfully applied his analytical skills in equity investment management and research.

In 2016 he set up Integrated Value Consulting to work directly with companies and in particular SMEs. His vision is for entrepreneurs and leaders, to have the toolkit to work “on” the business and build valuable companies that reward teams with success and joy.
