We’re a Finalist in the ABP Awards 2022.

We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Finalist in the Association for Business Psychology Awards 2022.

With a range of categories, the ABP Awards 2022 sets out celebrate and highlight achievements within the World of Business Psychology.

The awards showcase levels of excellence that have been achieved in the workplace and improved and contributed to the various subject areas we have highlighted this year. Our awards demonstrate the value that Business Psychology delivers to both individuals and organisations.

This year, entries were received from organisations across the UK, and competition just to be named a Finalist proved to be very tough.

Organisations taking part range from large corporates, charities and not for profits, as well as test publishers, small consultancies, independent practitioners and everything in between.

We’ve been shortlisted for Health & Wellbeing…

Entrants to this category are invited to demonstrate how they have dealt with the apparent juxtaposition of employee health and wellbeing and business performance. Entries might include, for example, rigour and/or innovation in i) improving health and wellbeing ii) creating safe, user-friendly work environments and/or iii) enhancing work-life balance…

For this particular category we submitted a case study based on team 360 Wellbeing Audit we conducted for Pepper Advantage.

You can read more about the case study here.

“I’m delighted that Psychology Works has been shortlisted in the Health & Wellbeing category and feel very privileged to be considered alongside so many other awesome finalists.

This wouldn’t be possible without the support of our amazing clients and the incredible testimonials they’ve shared.”
