Arnold is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and entrepreneur with over 2,500 paid coaching hours and 30 years of experience spanning sales leadership, e-commerce, and high-performance coaching.
He specialises in working with founders, CEOs, and senior executives, helping them break through the internal barriers that prevent 10x outcomes.
His clients have included board directors at BIC and C&A, the former Global Head of Health & Safety at Heineken, and a founder he supported from zero to a £6m exit in five years.
Arnold's coaching is grounded in lived entrepreneurial experience. In 1996, he founded a sports nutrition company from his spare bedroom and built it to £3.5m turnover in five years. He understands the pressures founders face because he's been one.
Alongside his private practice, Arnold has spent five years as one of eight global Success Coaches at iPEC, mentoring hundreds of newly qualified coaches. In 2024, he founded the Evolving Academy, a membership community for professional coaches and he is also a Lumina Learning Practitioner. He also spent 5 years as active listener with the Samaritans.
